Chris and his team are absolutely amazing and saved my business and family.
Here is my story. I hope it helps others in a similar situation. I started selling on Amazon from July 2019. I had many failures with various products and I had to dispose more than 9,000 units across 12 different products. Fortunately, some of the products I launched started selling very well and I decided to resign my primary job to focus on the Amazon business. (My last date with my current employer is 4/30/2020 which is today as I write this review). To launch some more products, I created new listings and made several product variations and some of the variations violated Amazon's policy. (It was a result from my ignorance, mistakes and a foul intention) On 4/24/2020, I got a notification from Amazon citing my account is under review. I didn't take it seriously enough and responded with a quickly and poorly written PoA. On 4/27/2020, I got another notification from Amazon saying my account has been deactivated. I panicked, thought my previous PoA was not delivered to the proper team at Amazon, and sent the poorly written PoA with some modifications using the 'appeal' button. Later in the evening, I got 3rd email from Amazon saying "we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com". "I'm losing my employment income in 3days. Now, I can't sell on Amazon anymore. How about the inventories in Amazon's warehouse and the goods I already ordered and being shipped to Amazon's warehouse next week? How about all the products I ordered for Q3 sales? Because of the COVID19 situation, it won't be possible to find a job for several months. Can I and my family survive?" I was literally devastated. It was the hardest moment in my 48 years of life. I googled to find more information and other's experience/advices and found ecommerceChris.com and decided to give a final try. I bought their service (1 Hour call + Writing a PoA for me) and scheduled a call for the next day. 4/28/2020: In the early morning, I got an email from ecommerceChris.com asking informations about my situation including the POA I sent to Amazon. In the afternoon, I had my 1 hour call interview with Michael from ecommerceChris.com to explain my situation and review my previous POA. 4/29/2020: I got an email from Leah from ecommerceChris.com asking some more information. I exchanged a few more emails to clarify some data points and received a revised POA in the after noon. It was million times more organized and clearer than the horrible PoA I wrote. I submitted the revised one to Amazon and Amazon sent me a notification email stating "my account was reinstated" in less than 6 hours. It was around 10PM. I was extremely excited and happy, and I started checking my listings and writing down work items to control the damage in my office and my wife screamed from the bed ("Oh my GOD!!! Our listings are active now! Oh my god. Oh my god"). It was unbelievable and I won't be able to forget that moment for rest of my life. Chris and his team literally saved my business, my life and my family's life. Also, I've learned super valuable lessons from the POA Chris' team wrote and it will help me running my Amazon business without making similar mistakes. I absolutely recommend Chris and his team for anyone having an issue with Amazon business. I ended up paying $1,250 for the entire support from Chris's team to get my account reinstated and it is absolutely the best investment I've made. 1) Saved my inventories already in and being shipped to FBA warehouses 2) Allowed me to continue selling on Amazon 3) Let me continue supporting my family. My life time return from the $1,250 investment is PRICELESS. Thank you Chris, Leah and Michael. You guys saved our family's life and we won't and can't forget your help. Sincerely, Jun Lee.
