There are other agencies out there that will do it for you and actually get your account back. I’ve worked with Michael and Chris from ecommercechris and it didn’t go anywhere. I had to look for another agency that eventually got my Amazon account reactivated. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! THEY TALK THE TALK BUT WON’T DO THE JOB, AND WILL NOT GET YOU THE RESULT YOU WANT. Complete names of Michael and Chris are publicly available on ecommercechris website in "About" under "Our Team" section. This info is public and is advertised on their website. Ecommercechris keeps flagging this review, and trying to have it removed. THATS A RED FLAG FOR YOU!!! We have already attempted to discuss and resolve this situation with you when shortcomings started to occur, but you weren’t very responsive to emails, didn’t provide information promised, and requested more funds. You didn’t even deliver on what was paid for. You only “want to continue working” if clients continue to pay you. We resolved our issue with another company. Also, there is no reason you should be sending us personal emails with verbiage “No need to hide” as you did after this review!!! Important to mention, ecommerceChris put in a significant amount of effort for this review to be taken down. No wonder there are no other negative reviews! The review was flagged numerous times claiming it was fake. Trustpilot reached out to us requesting proof of work performed, which was provided. Trustpilot determined the review was valid. We were not expecting this amount of retaliation from ecommerceChris. We purchased your services based on reviews presented on this website. Unfortunately, there was no added benefit for us, only wasted time and funding. Time is crucial when it comes to dealing with Amazon! We would not use your services again, especially after working with another company, and experiencing different level of service and professionalism for the same price.

We're always open to discussing any situation where we may have taken our eyes off the ball or any adjustments to the appeals strategy that make sense. Unfortunately, this review does not contain any information regarding which service was paid for, the nature of the case, or the work performed. We can’t address or rectify any issues when we haven’t been given that information. At Trustpilot’s suggestion, we emailed this reviewer to request more information, but they have not responded. It was also Trustpilot’s suggestion that we flag the review multiple times in multiple ways, that wasn't our inclination -- we prefer to have real facts and data on which to base a review response, not to spend tons of time trying to confirm what or who this relates to. I'm not sure what talk we talked or walk we walked or what it means that it "didn't go anywhere" because we always continue working as long as the client remains engaged, opening emails, answering calls, and responding to our questions (if any). We're also available nights, and weekends, for follow-up calls or questions when the client confirms availability with us. In terms of being asked for more money during the work, we have no way of knowing what level of service this reviewer paid for. If they paid for full-rate project work, that includes all work leading to reinstatement. If they were re-suspended after we got them reinstated, that would represent a new project. If they booked an hour consultation and wanted us to continue working after that time had been used, then yes, they would have been told that the initial consultation was complete and that they would need to book a new service. I cannot speak to specific details as there are none presented and we've received no requests for refunds and no indications that help was sought elsewhere.
