We are very happy with the service we got from Chris and his team. We had a listing deactivated for a bogus used sold as new complaint. We submitted our own POA and after it was denied we contacted Chris. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day and go over the issues. They told us specifically what they needed and within a day they had a POA ready for us to submit. It was much better than ours. Michael, Chris and Emily were all involved in preparing our POAs. We were denied 2 more times, but each time the team had a new strategy and we were able to get the listing back. It took 2 week in all, but we were happy that they didn't give up on it and followed through until it was reinstated.
