I truly believe & know God answered my prayers when he led me to EcommerceChris even before the work was done. The stress over the past months weighed heavy on me, but I knew God would lead me to a place of help. I had products get scheduled for disposal by Amazon's automatic removal tool without my knowledge. This happened only days after my product was flagged for a safety review that we ultimately were able to resolve. Over 8,000 units were scheduled for disposal and by the time we saw this everyone we talked to at Amazon said it was impossible to stop the destruction of these units. Sorry but I'm not going to accept that answer knowing that the units are not yet destroyed. In desperation and as a hail marry we reached out to Chris. He was at a convention in Vegas but still made time to chat with me on the phone and respond to my emails in the evening hours. He shared knowledge with me that ultimately saved all but $10,000 of my $330,000 worth of inventory. That is what I call a result! Best $500 I've ever spent. Thank you Chris, we will come to you any time we have an issue needing escalation with Amazon.

Chris McCabe and his team were awesome and such a big help to me during my account deactivation. Chris was very responsive to my emails and helped me get my Amazon account back.

We thought we had meticulously presented our case for copyright infringement fraud to Amazon and that nothing else could be done. We were wrong. Chris knew what to say and more importantly, who to say it to. He knows the emails of the people that matter in the organization and can get things done, which made all the difference for us. After 3 weeks of us trying to get our ASIN back up on our own, he had it back up in a week and piloted the process smoothly. Cheers.

We were stuck for 4 years in a wrong category on Amazon and ecommerceChris helped us escalate this issue to the correct Amazon representatives. After 2 escalations, our ASIN was placed in the correct browse node category. This was very impressive because we worked with ecommerceChris in the past on an ASIN reinstatement matter, however never on a ASIN-category issue.

ecommerceChris is an amazing service if/when your account ever gets suspended. Our account was suspended last year and ecommerceChris was able to get us reinstated. However, what we didn't foresee was that we needed to get the Brand Registry side reinstated as well. It took a few months and some escalations to get this fixed but was ultimately resolved and now we are back up and running. Leah was our contact and she was awesome. She definitely knows what she is doing and was able to get our issues resolved.

This is my second time using ecommerceChris, once for a suspended account and this time for a deactivated account. Both were reactivated within 24 hours after submitting the first Plan of Action. Chris and his team worked closely with me to identify some issues that led to the suspension/deactivation, made some suggestions on business practices to change or enhance to avoid future suspensions, and wrote a very thorough POA. They are very quick to respond to questions and are very active and engaging throughout the entire process.
