Since 2014, ecommerceChris has been helping Amazon Sellers reinstate their accounts and ASINs on Amazon. Chris and his team of former Amazonians are here to make sure your appeal will succeed. We’re experts at what we do because we worked inside of Amazon Seller Performance, assessing Seller’s appeals and deciding who should get reinstated.Have us take over your appeal, or review your plan of action to ensure it’s ready to be sent. Or have as review your account to identify possible issues before Amazon takes action against you.

Thank you so much for the kind review Jojo!
Chris was very helpful, but in our 1-hour conversation I felt like he deliberately wasted time by talking about stuff that's unrelated to my case. I had to rudely cut him off in order not to waste my 60 minutes... VERY annoying, just because of this I will likely not work with him again.

We're definitely glad that we helped you avoid an account suspension with the consult, and definitely helped you refine your appeal in email correspondence afterwards as you worked in rewritten content based on our suggestions. I don't think we strayed from the original policy violation investigation Amazon instigated based on your marketing materials & we have to provide some background on Amazon's interests in protecting against inflated positive product reviews. Amazon's motivations and what they expect to see from you given the gravity of the situation certainly is relevant to the policy targets you need to address to maintain an active seller account. We're happy to talk about any time you feel ended up wasted during the initial call and naturally we spent quite a bit of follow up time reviewing your rewrites. Glad it worked!
Chris and his team successfully helped us appeal multiple inauthentic complaints and reinstate all of our listings after Amazon restricted the ability to sell our top brand. They are prompt and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend them for any account health concern!

Was introduced to Chris when we were having a business critical issue with our Amazon account. Saying Chris was helpful is an understatement. Chris truly saved the situation, was attentive, overextending, and is clearly full of wisdom/experience. Thank you Chris!!!

Thank you so much for the kind words!
We had issues with resellers selling counterfeit product. These counterfeit products resulted in poor reviews that did not reflect our company policy and what we sell. After no aid or response from amazon on how rectify and navigate this issue we turned to ecommerceChris. It took about 2.5 months but we were finally able to break through at amazon and get the appropriate help. Thank you for you assistance and hard work!
