The Ecommerce 4 team went out of their way to get us all setup, including troubleshooting immediately when issues did appear during the transformation. We also greatly appreciated them walking us through, as well as jumping on the phone if we needed to. With the guidance and help of Ecommerce 4, we were able to launch our online store successfully!

We started a smoke shop three years ago and worked with another merchant service company. Out of no where they dropped us because we were a high-risk business. After applying with national bank who waisted two weeks of our time, which we didn't have, we turned to Tina and her crew. Outstanding service! Within two days all items needed were submitted, questions answered and at underwriting. Had an approval in 1 1/2 business days. If you have time to walk, that's your call but if you need to run like we did, they'll match you step by step. Thanks again Tina!
