We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.🥹 Regarding the NFC card feature, after reviewing the issue, we found there was some incorrect information shown on the product listing, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion this caused. Once this was brought to our attention, our team reached out with a proposed solution to address the concern, but we have not yet received a response regarding the next steps. Regarding the charger issue, we understand the inconvenience this caused and arranged a replacement once the issue was confirmed. As for the speed setting concern, our support team has been actively assisting throughout the troubleshooting process. We provided step-by-step instructions as well as a demonstration video showing how to access the settings. Since the issue continued, we requested a video from your side so our technical team could better identify what may be happening on your specific bike, but unfortunately we have not yet received that information. We’ve been doing our best to assist with each concern raised and remain happy to continue working with you directly toward a resolution. Thank you for your patience.💙
