Although they were nice, they lacked understanding of several components of my VW, and two things were returned to me unfixed. One was later acknowledged and they made some amends, one wasn't. I later got a manufacturer recall notice for a third thing they acted like was in my imagination. I'm going elsewhere from now on.

I have bought two cars from ECHO Park, and my son has also bought a car from them. The make buying cars easy and quick. They are upfront and honest. Kevin at the Centennial Service desk is awesome. He has really done well taking care of my cars. Highly recommend that you buy from here.
