This was the 2nd car I have bought from echo park. Both times were very curtious, they let me test whatever cars I was looking for and did not pressure to buy.

Had a great buying experience. The follow up services they talk you into getting are useless. You pay for services they never do

No high pressure sales techniques. The salesperson allowed me to test drive the vehicle by myself for several hours and even take it to another dealership where I wanted to look at a car. The vehicle I purchased was very clean and really looked like a new car. I love my 2015 Audi A4 and have had no problems.

Last fall I was looking to trade in my very clean '14 VW GTI for a 4x4 truck. I had been to a couple dealerships around town and the salesman would come out, take down the vin, barely look at the car than offer me a ridiculous low trade in value. Now my GTI was in great shape! It was the top of the line model for '14 and was fully loaded not to mention a few very tasteful modifications. It had jus my barely over 30k miles was just waxed and the leather interior was cleaned and conditioned monthly. So for them to not even notice all the hard work that had been put into the car was very frustrating for me. Finally I decided to give Echo Park a try. As soon as I pulled up for my car evaluation I knew this was going to be a different experience. I pulled my car into a VERY well light bay that was specifically for evaluating cars. The salesman right off the bat noticed the great condition that the car was in and swore it looked like I just drove it off the lot. He proceeded to inspect the car and when all was said in done offered me a very respectable trade in value for the car. I had already walked the lot and picked out a '15 Toyota Tacoma. We did the paper work and when all was said and done I was pretty satisfied with how everything went. The process was very fast and would have been faster if it wouldn't have been for my credit union dragging their feet. I would definitely recommend Echo Park to anyone and I will most likely use them again in the future.
