I was very happy with the VHC rugs I ordered except for the fact that they were folded, and I cannot get the creases out. I have tried steaming, ironing and even taping, but nothing worked. How do I get the creases out of my carpets?? The other issue I am having is I ordered Curtains, a pillow,a table cover and a throw. I bought these other items to match the carpets...they do not match. The colors are totally different. They are a yellowish color and look awful with the carpets. Why is the coloration so different ? I have the carpets laying down ...even though they are rippled, making a serious tripping hazard. I have not opened any accessories because of the color difference. Please advise ideas for getting the carpet to lay flat, and why the coloration of the accessories are so different. Thanks

I bought the Tealight Holder Snowflake, and they’re definitely charming and add a warm, festive touch to my room. The color and design are lovely, but the holders are a bit lighter than I expected, and one of them sits unevenly. Not a deal-breaker, just something to note. Overall, still a cute seasonal buy for the price.

i am very disappointed in the product. It is a copy the the original comfortor I had for my kingsize bed.

The delivery process was very slow. I had to keep following up to get it moving. The comforter is light weight which we like. It is about 3-4 inches too short on the sides so I have to make it longer on one side and then the other side is short changed. The bed skirt is medium brown, wish it was dark brown.

It’s not working properly I neee a replacement. It stopped working throughout the the whole blanket.

Quality of bedding set is not what I expected. Comforter half as thick as I wanted. It was for my daughters quest room and she said it is okay for that room. Madison is normally a higher quality. Maybe you can pass this on to the manufacturer that makes them.

We ordered a beautiful comforter, but we ordered the wrong size. Placed a second order for the correct size, but we weren't allowed to cancel the incorrect order. Trying to return through E-bedding has been challenging to say the least. Great service unless you need assistance.
