The company is very nice and easy to work with. However the freight system they use to deliver large products is horrid. There is inaccurate information and they use multiple carriers for delivery.

6 weeks for one stool?!?! I didn't know it until AFTER I ordered and I had no choice but to cancel my order or wait. I got the same stool from Amazon cheaper and in two days! In fairness, EBedding did price match after I requested it due to the delay in shipping but they initially refused to price match after I asked at first. I do not think they are upfront about how long the process takes. In fairness they are very responsive but it's ridiculous for one stool to take 6 weeks to get delivered.

I bought a pink bedding set for 200 it advertised this full fluffy black n pink comforter i got the box and it was in this little box i thought they must of vaccum it no the comforter itself you had to put the main thick blanket inside the comforter like zip it in never seen anything like it only reason why i gave it a 2 is because it was same design not fluffy at all its straight like a sheet

Very disappointed. The description of the bedding I purchased said "Red", which is exactly what I need. However, when it arrived it was actually pink and some mauve/rose so I called customer service to return it. Not only do I have to pay for the return shipping (which I was already aware of) but the representative says I'll be charged a TWENTY PERCENT "restocking fee". I was also told that the process to get a refund takes at least a month! All this just because the bedding was misrepresented as "Red". Bad customer service. I will not be using eBedding4you again.
