I've purchased many items from them and I LOVE the free shipping since I live in Hawaii.

I appreciated the large inventory and the ease of returning items. However I did not realize that I would incur a fee to return a product. It seems inappropriate to charge customers in this day and age.

I bought this bag because it came up when I searched for international sized carryon bags. It was not international sized. I had to pay to check the bag anyway. I could have just used the one I already had.
