Still getting my site ready ..so far everythings great .customer service is quick to respond and very knoledgable in their profession

I haven’t gotten too into customization yet, and I’ve used cpanel and all that so it’s not that intimidating. But for my use case and I’m sure a million others, the easywp was excellently streamlined for starting a simple blog right now. Maybe I’ll need more later, but probably not to be honest. Most importantly, sometimes I read reviews where people have difficulty with customer service. Communication can be difficult everywhere but, I ask myself… who are these people?? Because I can’t for the life of me relate, one of the best customer service teams of any company and I have no incentive to go out of my way to say this. Lastly, around the time I was deciding to pull the trigger on EasyWP, I read the reddit AMA by the CEO and who knows what they’re like as a person, but the mad respect in the answers gave me butterflies. Seems like a cool dude who is passionate about the service and digital rights. Ok, already getting too long of a review, Kudos! :)
