We did not repost or take any further action without your consent. In fact, we shared a snapshot with you confirming that the vehicle listing was removed right after your first request. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon in this industry for some companies to make misleading claims to secure customers. It seems the other party may have misrepresented the situation to keep your business. We truly regret that your experience started off this way. Before pickup, we shared the final confirmed price—as is standard in expedited shipping. To help, we even gave up our entire broker margin to keep your cost as low as possible. We always aim for transparency and fairness, and we appreciate your understanding.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We assigned a carrier at the quoted price, but due to the truck’s lifted dimensions, the driver required a hotshot trailer and requested additional payment. While a $200 cancellation fee is standard in the industry, you were never charged—we covered it ourselves. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback.
