Oh Malcolm: ON THE CONTRARY!!! Malcolm, you do have the "BEST" EAR PLUGS in THE WORLD; but you DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE YET !!! PLEASE READ the remainder of this response and then PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ((EXACTLY.)) You will be grateful for my suggestions. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft, malleable). When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit FIRMLY; & FLATTEN it (IN and AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will (( SEAL )) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or possibly no sound at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards. Malcolm, please feel free to phone us in the office and we'll help you over the phone to insert this ear plug so that it works PERFECTLY for you.
