Dearest Gabrielle: The words you used in your report are incorrect and not possibly representative of this earplug. Mighty Plugs CANNOT dissolve, but they can become very soft and almost meltable at 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Your body temperature cannot reach 185 degrees, so the issue that you reported was not because the earplug dissolved. Gabrielle, after 28 years and over 4 million customers, we have NEVER received a report that Mighty Plugs had "dissolved" in anyone's ear, but we have received about 8 or so reports of customers that (inserted too small) a piece of earplug and had difficulty getting it (all out). Whatever the terminology, the experience wasn't what we want for our customers or from the 4 million daily users to experience, and Gabrielle, should the experience be a valid one, regardless of the experience, then along with your next order, we will include a small gift of 'Goodwill'.
