Dear FPR: Being a 100% transparent company, we pay particular attention to the reaction from our customers. This is an EASY FIX for both deep bass frequency blocking and refurbishing the ear plug when it gets firmer. FPR, next time you are near deep bass frequency sounds, double up on the ear plug: In other words, combine our ear plugs and insert 2 of them in each ear. Our military and many firearms shooters often do that with our soft and moldable ear plug. That works!!!! Secondly, your body, possibly low in 'natural' body oil, has absorbed the Lanolin Oil from our ear plug and dried out the ear plug. Obtain a small quantity of pure Lanolin oil from a good health supply store or online and work into each ear plug just ONE drop. That will refurbish the ear plug like new again! Dear Peter: Be sure to insert our ear plug deep enough into the ear canal to SEAL it. Our beeswax ear plug must SEAL the ear canal to BLOCK OUT WELL. Thank you Mary-customer service
