Earbud arrived damaged. notified company of issue and was offered replacement earbud. Had to chase to get confirmation of replacement being sent a few weeks later. Will update once have a working product

Shipping went fine and after 10 Days I received my package. But regarding the quality I am very disappointed. Just got mine delivered 5 days ago. I just tested them and have to say the sound quality is pretty bad. The low frequency sounds are fine but in the high frequency sounds they are absolutely garbage and don’t give any. I compared them with 60€ gaming headsets and they have every high and low spectrum covered, not the earhive ones sadly. Definitely cant recommend, the sound in general is very numb and in low frequency, which makes any song sound weird. ❌

The sold item has deep scratches but the seller only offers an 10$ discount on a new purchase. I am disappointed. They should work on their quality-control!
