I am still waiting for my order that I placed on October 11th to arrive. I am not sure what the hold up is. Great products but long delivery time.

Took a very long time to arrive, seemed like it took a least a week from the time it was ordered to the time it was shipped. A lot of the cans arrived dented. Also too many emails about the status. The product is a great idea and taste very good however !

I have used this product before and love it but felt the shipping was soooo slow

Finally got the 1 product after sending a email after 10 days asking when it is going to ship. Way too long in today's environment.

You did not keep shipping information up to date.

The product didn’t do very much. The heat felt good but didn’t do anything for the pain as advertised

A 3 star review for late arrival of product. BUT 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review for the personal touch the company provided in expediting the product to me with apologies! Will definitely order from them again as there are real human people behind this operation!
