DXC have a long and provable history of lying to me over the course of my worker's compensation claim. The staff are unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. It's plain to see that "duty of care", "timeliness", "truthfulness", and "transparency" are foreign concepts to the people working at DXC. My advice to anyone unlucky enough to be saddled with this company as a result of a worker's compensation claim is to only communicate in writing and document absolutely everything. I was lucky enough to do so and now find it ridiculously easy to catch them out in numerous lies.

I deal with Shonal i find she is transparent honest , dxc as a whole are also amazing , they all listen . Every person i have dealt with at dxc have been great , they go above and beyond to help .

One star is GENEROUS for this filthy organisation. I have been allocated to DXC following extremely traumatic incidents leading to a WorkCover claim. I have never been suicidal in my life, however every interaction with DXC makes me so scared because I am waiting for the next mistake by another incompetent case manager. I can 100% say with certainty that the case managers have ZERO clue on how to work with people (especially those with trauma injuries). DXC have cherry picked information, ignored numerous reports and denied me of crucial psychology sessions and refuse to pay for my medication. The ONLY time I had a good case manager was following my first suicide attempt - that case manager was Vivian M. I then was assigned two different case managers as soon as I felt I was developing rapport and having positive experiences with the insurer. Aside from Vivian, every other employee they engaged me with was as effective as a wet paper bag. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO LUCY CULLEN, HAYDEN BAKER. I truly fear for any other clients that get placed within their caseloads. My only hope is that one day they too experience verbal and physical abuse (as I did within my role, hence needing WorkCover) and get given the same treatment that I got. I hope that they then feel how debilitating the lack of support is. Literally asked for a new case manager and have yet to even receive one after 2 months. Absolutely appalling. TLDR; euthanasia is a better option than having an insurance claim with DXC. They will make you 100% worse and get a kick out of playing with your life in your face.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the DXC Accounts team, particularly from Sue. I contacted the team to follow up on rejected payments for a provider and found Sue to be dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to properly investigate the issue. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly sighed and appeared frustrated whenever I attempted to explain the situation, which made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously. What was most concerning was that Sue advised that the individuals claim had been rejected, yet the provider had never received any notification or correspondence informing them of this outcome. This lack of communication has caused unnecessary delays and frustration for everyone involved. Rather than assisting in resolving the matter, Sue’s attitude and approach created additional obstacles and left me with little confidence in the competency of the accounts team. Customer service representatives should listen to concerns, investigate issues thoroughly, and communicate respectfully. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below an acceptable standard. I hope DXC reviews both its communication processes and the level of customer service being provided, as no customer should have to deal with this level of dismissiveness when seeking assistance with a legitimate payment issue

God I wish I could go lower. This company ought to be investigated for their unethical practices. Years of hardship, incompetence and pain all for the moral failing of injuring my shoulder at work. Threats, being hung up on intentionally mid-call, legal documents missing major info, being sent other peoples confidential medical information. dealing with DXC has been one of the most frustrating and inadequate experiences of my life, It would take another two years to talk about every major DXC-caused issue I was left to solve myself. Shout out to Wilson, Rui, Nicole and other Nicole - you all suck at your jobs.

Worst company ever! Lazy, slow, treat you like dirt, lie dont approve treatments that are recommended by medical professionals.
