Dutchie is the leading all-in-one technology platform for cannabis retail in North America. Dutchie powers more than 6,500 dispensaries and has processed over $100 billion in transactions on a single unified platform that includes point of sale, payments, e-commerce, loyalty and marketing, delivery, kiosks, compliance, reporting, and AI. Unlike point solutions stitched together, Dutchie shares one customer identity and data backbone across every channel, so a dispensary rings the sale, manages inventory, files compliance with Metrc and BioTrack, and brings the customer back from one system. Dutchie POS is the system formerly known as LeafLogix and Greenbits, now unified under Dutchie. Built specifically for the regulated cannabis industry, Dutchie serves single-location dispensaries, multi-location retailers, and multi-state operators (MSOs).
Dutchie (dutchie.com) has 16 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 2.5 out of 5.

They allow companies to steal money from you by charging more than what your price should be. They say its too make transactions easier because people dont know how to make change apparently. Thievery plain and simple

Terrible experience. Tried to make an order and Dutchie claimed I didn't have enough in my account (had more than twice the order amount). Removed an item and it goes through. Check my bank two days later and got charged for both purchases. I email Dutchie that day: no response. Wait 10 days, email again: no response. Finally file a claim with my bank and get a temporary reimbursement. Go to order again today and my bank account has been banned on Dutchie. BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND COMPLEX LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I will run as fast as I can from Amy business using Durchue from now on.

No app, Website is not even navigable. How do you expect anybody to use this. Was really looking forward to no fees at the dispensary but this was a joke.

A bunch of self-righteous, useless people. Good luck if you need support; they simply don't care about anything but money.
