Shipping is ridiculously high. Items in catalogue are not available online. Please be straightforward!

I was sent a 10% off coupon and at checkout it said that discount code could not be used with my order. Then I was sent a free shipping code and when I tried to apply it to my order it said I couldn’t.

Checking out is a nightmare. Ive ordered bulbs from this site and the catalog for many years. The catalog and online info are different and while free shipping and no tax are offered, it turns out that I had to pay full price. Not a nice way to trick a long time customer.

I just signed up for free shipping before I placed my bulb order and was still charged $10.50 shipping ??? Why have a pop up that says free shipping and complete information requested to receive free shipping then I’m still charged for shipping at the end of my order!!??

Ordered 4 groups of plants: dwarf lilies and day lilies came up fine; the phlox and cannas not a one came up. Shopping somewhere else next time.
