Company is a complete scam! I have been in contact with customer service because I wasn’t able to log into my account even though I attempted to reset the password multiple times and never received an email to be able to do so. I have received promotional emails so I know it isn’t blocked or going to spam. I told them to cancel my account because of that and they never did and they continued to charge me a monthly fee. I contacted them again recently to cancel the account and they haven’t responded. I have had to go to my bank to undo this because I didn’t realize how long they’d been charging me and I plan to report them to the BBB. DO NOT TRUST!

Let me first say Thank you Charles for all you're immediate response to my situation! I was alerted of a charge of 105 dollars late on a Friday night I immediately reached out to these company an within minutes by email Charles had refunded my money an was very professional an understanding. I later went on to read the reviews of complaints about the customer service . I can with 100 percent honesty say that my experience was amazing during a confusing time. My money was back into my account within 30 minutes when he said it could take up to 3 days. I don't need this service but I work as Dog groomer assistant an will be passing this amazing service on to as many people as I can. I again am so Thankful for Charles being so responsive at 130 am. Take care Dutchpet I will be recommending this service to all clients that I have contact with.

I cannot say enough about Dutch and the Wonderful Wonderful Vets and staff every one is friendly and concerned with what ever you and your pet are going thru i have seen so much compassion toward me and my fur babies I thank you from the bottom of my paws

We’ve had nothing but great experiences using Dutch for our golden, Theo. I love the convenience and ease of being able to talk to a vet and getting our dog’s medications online. We’ve always been able to get appointments right away, every vet we’ve talked to has been wonderful, and the medications we ordered came super fast.

Absolutely horrible I had a great call with the vet. I thought she was very thorough. She recommended several medication‘s for treatment of my dogs issues. I received a message with the recommendations of the medication’s. I selected them I paid for them and then I’m getting messages that I have to have another vet call to have the medication approved because I selected them I wouldn’t even know what to select They immediately charge my credit card $300. I receive a message from the vet that asked me if I selected those medication’s apparently less than 24 hours later she has no recollection of the call . Be aware that after you join there is no way to talk to anybody about any service issues by phone. You are stuck with email and texts with bots reach they have totally botched my first experience with them and lost my trust and confidence . I’ve already canceled my subscription, so it doesn’t automatically renew. My recommendation is run away… no one needs the aggravation of this experience. The fact that you can’t reach them by phone should tell us all a lot about their service. Sure they have a lot of great reviews but if the reviews are so great, they shouldn’t mind speaking to their customers who supposedly love them. Full disclosure would mean they would tell you upfront that once you join other than speaking to Yvette, you’ll never be able to speak to anyone else live you’ll have to email and text. What kind of a process is it that the vet does not remember recommending your prescriptions they charge you for them and then they send you messages that you left the order in the cart that you need to speak to a vet on another call.

Quick and simple visits. Saved hours of wait time for non major issues

Dutch has been extremely helpful to me. I adopted a kitten from a somewhat shady rescue and he brought ringworm fungus into our house. My dog, who has serious lifetime skin issues, was very susceptible and broke out in lesions. Dr. Hardin was available to answer questions within a few hours at most which was great because my dog reacted very badly to the first antifungal and had to be switched to another one and also be put on antidiarrheal and GI prescription food (after trying bland diet with no success). I had a LOT of questions about this fungus and the doctor was very responsive. Imagine getting that service from your local vet? Not gonna happen. He didn't try to upsell me either; he told me ways to save money and none of the products are mandatory. You only add the ones you want to your cart. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is that when you transfer a prescription to a local pharmacy (if you need it very fast) the process is a little sloppy. But that could also be on the local pharmacy's end. I will still use my local vet for annuals and things that need to be seen in person, but I plan to upgrade to the annual Dutch subscription at my next paycheck. For someone with 3 cats and a dog and an average income, Dutch is a lifesaver.
