Love being able to keep my dog home & video chat with a veterinarian. She knew right away what was wrong with him & prescribed what was necessary.

Only company online after searching forever that had a vet, was able to prescribe, and had a pharmacy not to mention the great price. The vet visit was great also.

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us your 5-star review. We strive to provide excellent service for you and your furry buddy.
I jumped through all the very confusing hoops to get prescriptions for my dogs' flea and tick meds, was told the Rxs were approved, paid OVER $900 for the medication and then nothing... No shipping information, no delivery confirmation, definitely no medication. The last I heard from them the only box of Simparica they had on hand was about to expire so they couldn't send it. I was told they would issue a refund and send the Rx to another pharmacy. None of that has happened.

Thank you so much, Ron!! We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to serving your furry buddy again 🐾
I have a 14 year old German Shepherd mix we adopted from the humane society 7 years ago. He loves his family but due to his rough past gets super anxious around others and won't let anyone else near him. Due to his age we are keeping him comfortable but do not want to upset him by taking him to the vet. He has arthritis and I thought we would have to put him down but Dutch has saved his life. He is more comfortable and less anxious. I give the vets 5 stars. I had an issue with him receiving his meds a couple times which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars but customer service was quick to respond and super helpful the majority of the time. I paid for the year (and was able to do this by making payments) and that also includes help with our pit bull which is super helpful as money is tight and I don't have to take her to the vet for every issue, like the eye infection she just had.
