I do not recommend this set at all. I paid for the 2-year subscription, and I am unable to use my profile due to Dutch technical difficulties. I have been on the phone with them all day, texting because I haven't been able to get anyone over the phone. My dog is very sick, and I wasted my entire day going back and forth, and nothing got resolved. The refuse to refund me even thou I haven't been able to access my profile at all. I had no choice but to reach out to my bank and report them as a fraud. I just found other reviews claiming the same situation, and this is heartbreaking as my dog is really sick, and they did nothing to assist me. Please don't waste your money and I recommend that you look at other alternatives. They only place the good reviews on their site and leave the bad ones out, so they will trap you that way. This is not cool Dutch to be playing around with peoples money and pets wellness.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and are deeply sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We most certainly would refund you if you were not able to access your account and schedule an appointment with a vet. I was honestly skeptical of Dutch at first, but I did some digging and decided it was worth a try- my cat needed a basic antibiotic but I did not need to wait two weeks for $200+ of upselling from my vet. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was so easy. I scheduled an appointment within 3 hours. My vet was on time, kind and attentive, and prescribed some medication within the hour. And all without stressing out my cat! Having the ability to message them about the visit was so helpful when my pharmacy had a mixup filling the script. I upgraded my plan to a yearly subscription. So pleased with my experience.
