I have been a member for 2 years now and have never had any problems. I can always get appointments quickly and everyone I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable.

Access to a vet veterinarian is fantastic. Access to the meds is a whole other story even when you pay for expedited shipping it takes three days minimum so if your animal is sick, this is not a good choice.

We hear you, and we want to make sure the shipping options are clear: we offer rush shipping designed to arrive in 1 to 2 days, and there's also the option to transfer your prescription to a local pharmacy, which typically takes 1 to 3 days depending on availability. We'll also share your note about expedited timing with our team, since getting meds to your pet quickly matters. One thing worth mentioning: Dutch is best suited for non-urgent care, so if your animal needs medication right away, an in-person visit may be the faster route. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we're always working to make access better.

Dutch is awesome especially when you have a pet that will not travel in a vehicle. Thelma, my dog was abused and dumped on our property along with her sister Louise approximately 7 years ago. They took a minute to trust us and have since become part of our family. They just don’t get into cars so trips to the vets office is not gonna happen. Dutch provides everything we need for Thelma and Louise without having to leave home!

Absolutely love Dutch...I can't afford always to go in to a regular vet and this fits right in my budget and my dog gets the care he needs ....
