The vet was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. I like that she included non medication options in her treatment plan.

Dutch is a a huge rip off. They act like they are doing yo a favor getting a vet to give you a prescription but getting it transferred almost impossible. First you get charged a $5.00 transfer fee..their prices by the way are way higher then any other pharmacy and then they tack on a $7.00 extra fee if you do order from them. The problem is they will never send over your prescription to the other pharmacy that is $40 cheaper...when the other pharmacy tries to call them dutch never..i repeat NEVER answers their phone. After on hold for an hour they tell you to leave a message or just hang up on you but they never call you or the pharmacy back to transfer. again there is NO customer service..none..no chat..nobody works there guess they all take off for the day. When you try to cancel good luck with that I have been trying for two weeks with no luck....If you want headaches go with this company but a quick google search will show you companies that will hook you up with a vet for around $45 and you get the prescription sent to you on the spot. Did I mention they never send you the prescription to take to your own pharmacy I believe that is illegal but I don't think they care at this point. My advice is RUN.RUN..RUN away from dutch as fast as you can...

On pricing: we actually offer a price match on medications from other US-based pharmacies, so if you've found your pet's medication cheaper elsewhere, just send us a current screenshot showing the non-sale price and we'll do our best to match it. On transfers: a prescription transfer to your pharmacy of choice typically takes 1 to 3 days, since availability can vary by pharmacy, so it shouldn't be something that can't be completed. We also want to assure you that our customer service team can be reached by phone, text, and email, and we're sorry if you weren't able to get through, that's not the experience we want anyone to have. We've reached out to you directly here to gather more details so we can look into exactly what happened with your transfer and cancellation and make this right. We'd truly appreciate the chance to turn this around for you and your pet.
