That's what we like to hear!
Just what I was hoping for an online vet visit. I would recommend to anyone who has a pet with chronic conditions. Dr. Payne is very knowledgeable and friendly. The yearly fee is very reasonable and I’m glad I finally tried Dutch. The online service today streamlined an appointment for me & my dog during a flare of her standard UTI problem.

Thank you for your review and recommendation! Getting pets the treatment they need quickly is crucial, so we’re happy to hear your consult with Dr. Payne was quick and helpful and your overall Dutch experience exceeded expectations. We hope your poor girl feels some relief from her UTI symptoms soon!
I was able to get my dog in for an abbess on her shoulder that started to ooze. She I got in and out of the virtual appointment in five minutes. FIVE MINUTES! And in the middle of the workday at that. The vet was kind an answered all my questions and gave me clear instructions on keeping the area cleaned. They then drop the prescription in your cart for you to buy. Then I get everything shipped right to my door. I love our local vet but they are impossible to get into. Dutch has saved us so time and money, which we all need these days.
