Easy, convenient and addressed my pet’s needs effectively

Vet care is prompt and efficient. Prescriptions ship quickly. Autoship for prescriptions repeatedly did not ship. Was unable to resolve issue after repeated care team emails. My vet sent scrips to Chewys who filled order and refills immediately.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad the vet care itself has been prompt and efficient. On the autoship issue: each time it didn't process, it was because the prescription was out of refills at that point. Our customer service team did respond each time you reached out with an update, though we don't show a reply back from you after those responses. We're sorry the back-and-forth made this harder than it needed to be, and we're glad you were able to get things moving through Chewy in the meantime.
It was a friendly fast service. The doctor was amazing and took care of my dogs needs in a quick manner.

Super easy way to get my dog's medication's without having to go to a brick and mortar vet office

Easy to book, great availability. Punctual and overall great xp. I got off work around 5pm Friday night, cat was like, "hey man I don't feel well". Booked appointment in 5 mins. Made dinner, ate and had my appointment the same night at 8:10pm. Any normal vet would have gone to voicemail and told you to call back in the morning, or Monday.

I already gave me opinions on everything previous conversation. The only thing I would really ask is please get rid of all the old stuff on My account. I use outside service such as chewy because I don't have to pay shipping and I don't have a $5 prescription fee not to mention I can at least see and read about the product that's being prescribed. Lastly, the prices I get from chewy or Amazon are much cheaper.

Just to note, Dutch does offer price matching, if you find a lower price elsewhere with a screenshot, we can match it. Standard shipping is also included at no extra cost, so that shouldn't be adding to the cost difference you're seeing. If anything about a prescribed medication needs more explanation, your vet is always a good resource to walk through those details with you. We hear you on wanting things simplified on your end, and we appreciate you sticking with us through it.
