Appreciate all the help from Rayne and the staff that chimed in to help me get everything set up and going. This was a remote install that was done quick and all questions were answered that I had. Different time zones but the wait and setting up a time frame that worked best for the both of us made it easier. I Would recommend the services and products.

Hi, we're sorry to hear that. We can't seem to find any order, support ticket, email, Discord conversation, or other record that matches the information provided in your review. Could you please provide your order number, the email address used for your purchase, or your Discord username? If you contacted us elsewhere, let us know where so we can look into it. We take support seriously and want to resolve any legitimate issue, but we'll need a bit more information to locate your order and investigate what happened.
