Going on 2 weeks of no shipment of product, with no eta in mind just an email saying the shipment was delayed due to a supplier issue. Will update when it comes. Edit after ducks reply Nothing I said was wrong you said there was an issue with your supply it was delayed. It was two weeks before I got an email with the tracking number.

Hi there, Thanks for your honest feedback — and I completely understand your frustration regarding the delay. To clarify for anyone reading: your order was part of a batch affected by an unexpected delay from our supplier. Rather than giving inaccurate dates, we emailed all affected customers as soon as we were informed and provided the updated status. We know waiting is frustrating, and we’re actively pushing our supplier for faster fulfillment. Your order is still queued for shipment, and we’ll send tracking the moment it goes out. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of as soon as the new stock arrives. Please feel free to reply to your update email or open a ticket in our Discord if you need anything in the meantime. — Duck’s Services Support Team

Thanks, Mustafa! Glad Zesira and the team could help quickly.
Made a purchase on the 4th of December for ducks permanent spoofer, got my key as described almost immediately but when using the software something broke. I had to reflash my bios and reinstall windows. I created a ticket on their discord the same day of the purchase making them aware of what happened and asking for a new key. Today is the 7th of December, his staff no longer answers any questions on the ticket open in discord and Mr. Duck himself has been MIA. Was trying to give him the benefit of doubt till this morning. Train your staff to handle certain things if you are not around to do so good sir. Waiting for them to make it right, once it is made right I will update this review.

Hi Kingyoti, Thanks for taking the time to share this — and I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. I took a look into your ticket, and it appears the delay was due to a backlog on our support side over the weekend. That’s on us, and we’re addressing it internally so situations like yours don’t happen again. To clarify for others reading: your permanent spoofer key was delivered instantly as described, and your replacement request is already being reviewed. We never ignore customers — if a ticket goes quiet, it’s almost always due to volume, not a lack of intent to help. Please keep an eye on your Discord ticket. We’ll make sure your issue is fully resolved and that you’re taken care of promptly. Thank you for your patience — we’ll make this right. — Duck’s Services Support Team
