Duck's Services are the best, in my opinion. Support was great from Zesira. I ordered an FW and I was good to go within one hour. Best experience I had compared to other FW providers.

Duck's Services has an outstanding group of people who respond quickly and take the time to help you each step of the way. Even when you are computer illiterate like me, they will take many deep breaths and walk you through it. :) Zero spent several hours helping me through the process and I owe him a lot. He just goes to show that Mr. Duck only hires the best and most professional staff. Again thankyou Zero for everything you did for me.

Zesira is the man, W support. Got things done fast and easy, answered all questions with good detail. Made things very easy for me. Couldn’t ask for better support. Ducks fw works great!
