Fantastic customer service! Specifically Robert Williams, I have an ongoing email with him when I have questions & he responds so quickly. Thank you for your help every single time! My Inspire 1800 was printing black lines & he helped me all day responding back & forth to help me figure out the problem. I appreciate how much time he spent helping me & not giving up!

Customer service sucks they don't reply to calls or emails nor will you get help after you purchase. They will only reply after 48 to 72 hours by email and you are out of luck if you are stuck. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I have ordered the trial and full version for dtf from DTG PRO. This was the only website I could find that would let me use the trial first to make sure I could work with it before purchasing. Their customer service chat is handy, their agent David Smith was very helpful.
