40usd for a simple “item not authentic”. Wouldn’t even give the details of what was wrong with the bag. Do better

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we believe that $40 is a fair price for an authentication performed by our team of experts, each of whom has more than 30 years of experience. Our authentication result may have saved you from losing significantly more money on a counterfeit bag. Second, our policy, which is clearly stated on our website, is that we are not required to provide a detailed explanation when an item is determined to be counterfeit. We cannot disclose our specific authentication methods because they are considered proprietary trade secrets—much like a restaurant would not share its recipes with its customers. That said, as a courtesy, we did provide additional information and specifically told you that the serial hologram on the bag and the accompanying card were inaccurate. Therefore, the statement that you mentioned is not accurate. We respect that different customers may have different expectations from an authentication service. If our approach does not meet your needs, we sincerely hope you find another service that is a better fit for you. That said, we stand firmly behind the accuracy of our authentication process. We are proud to offer what we believe is the most accurate luxury authentication service in the world, with a 100% accuracy rate. Other websites may tell you what you want to hear or offer a more reassuring explanation, but inaccurate authentication can ultimately cost you far more. Please keep this in mind when choosing an authentication service.
