Used my 16.5 hp tow behind brush cutter for the first time. The ground has standing water and thick grass 24” tall. The brush cutter is everything I was hoping it would be. Mowed through the grass and didn’t bog at all. Also cut some briars with no problem. If the 4 wheeler will go over it the brush cutter will cut it.

Your company is the very best at helping you get the right part and telling you how to fix it. Parts are very reasonable. Very courteous. And delivery was half the time I expected, You under PROMISED!!! I'm 68 years old and your company is the best for parts of any lawn and garden equipment, I've dealt with. EVER!!!!

The lawn vac was everthing that the unit was advertised. A YouTube video was helpful with the assembly and did requrie a second person to install the frame inside of the canopy cover. Works GREAT in removing clipings and unwanted thatch. The person in customer service was extreamly knowledgeable and made me feel that there was no doubt that I had made the right decision to purchase the DR LEAF AND LAWN VACUUM PRO 321.

In my attempt to place an order using two different credit cards I got disconnected. The individual I was speaking with did NOT call me back. I called and spoke to someone in customer service. She said she found out who it was and would have me call me back. Two hours later still no call. So I called back tried to get this order taken care of! Well ended up is on my card was the pending notification for both tillers! And on the other one of the tilers! Finally got it straightened out but still have not even received a notice that it has been shipped! I was told it would be shipped by Wednesday the 24th of March. Well here we are on the 26th and no notice of shipment.
