When you place an order there seems to be no urgency to ship nor any updates as to expected delivery date.

I’m getting partial deliveries. I understand that DR Equipment is moving to a new warehouse I’m still waiting. And they’re having problems with shipping. I’ve also notice there’s problems with the online ordering. Hopefully, DR Equipment will get things straightened out.

Dr did not tell me about the delay on the order each time I called they gave me a bullshit story. I ordered my 330-pro leaf Vacuum December 16, 2024 Picked it up September 17, 2025 How many more did they sell, not telling the customers that it would be almost a year wait. Other than that, it looks to be a decent product.

The purchase process was fine but the after portion is what I am having difficulties with. The lack of a simple way to check on the status of my order is absurd to me. I have to call to check it. If you as a company can send me 10 advertisement emails after my purchase you should be able to send me an update on where my order stands or invest in a way for me to do it myself.

It looks cool but seeing how it hasn’t been picked up to ship to me yet I feel this review was sent a little premature.

The trimmer line constantly comes off and breaks. At this rate I will spend 400 dollars a year in trimmer line. Terrible design to attach trimmer line. For this reason, I might want to return your product.

Liked being able to place the order. Still waiting for Tax Exempt status.
