Bought a walk behind brush mower, while seasoning the clutch, the engine exploded, leaving 4X4 inch hole on the side. DR is telling me that is because I didn't put oil in it as there are burn marks on the internal parts(yeah, the engine exploded and was on fire). Engines without lubrications don't explode after 5 minute use, they may cease and smoke and heat up but not explode. I run 5 tractosr on my farm, did not forget to put oil in the engine. DR will not do anything, denied my warranty claim.

DR shipped the parts very quickly.

I received my gravel grader and had to put it together. The pics were blurry and the instructions not clear to understand. Some of the steps were out of sequence. Then missing main bolt that had to go to the hardware store to purchase. The nuts that comes with it are not tall enough to get a wrench on with a good bite. I did finally got it together and like the product for grading out road and driveway.

Great cooperation with both the Sales and Accounting departments on setting up Exempt Account for the Chapter.
