So easy to select the items, pay and have them picked up the same day! I added on an additional item, no problem. I would definitely use dropcurb again.

I never received the payment for the job I did for this company. They never answer and they stop responding my text messages. I wish I can upload the screenshot with the conversation with support because they haven’t solve the problem. Today 8/12/26 I haven’t received the payment. 8/28/2026 and still haven’t received my payment and they don’t reply my message. I did this job on July 9

They picked up the box springs, in a timely manner. No extra fees or the amount of days of when this item could be pickupex where added, which was AMAZING. Several other companies immediately added $ 300.00 in fees and added 2 to 3 weeks to the pickup time!!! This was nice, easy and affordable.

Easy, hassle free experience getting our broken 75 inch flat screened picked up!! Booked the appointment and within an hour the tv was gone!! Excellent communication! Will definitely be using again!

I highly recommend this company. I was able to get a couch picked up the next morning after booking it in the evening. The person who picked up our couch was very personable. I would definitely use this service again.

Super easy. They arrived when they said they would. Pricing was fair, transparent and all-inclusive. Communication was spot-on. Everything was done online or via text, I didn't have to talk to anyone or even be home for the pickup. I would absolutely use this service again!
