Dealing with Drone-Works.com was a breeze! I ordered a Mavic 3E Combo, I was told it was back ordered for 20 days and to my surprise they came in early and I got my kit in only 5 days. I have read these other reviews and just wanted to share my 2 cents. Our experience was the opposite, our agency ordered 2 drones and a custom viewing case and many accessories,there was great communication and all items were received in a timely manner. We would and will.continue to do business with this company.
