I didn’t open my package for a couple of months and discovered an item was missing from my order. I reached out to customer service, and Mark was fantastic—he handled the issue quickly and shipped the missing item right away. Really appreciated the great support.

I made a mistake and DRMTLGY fixed it! I made a typo in my daughter's address, so the package intended for her wound up somewhere else. DRMTLGY's Customer Service representative, Ann, was very prompt and responsive to my concern. She sent out a replacement package, and gave me a new order number. Much appreciated!

I accidentally clicked in my email that I wanted to reorder and meant to hit skip. I immediately went to customer service and was only given option to email concerns, no phone number or chat option. I requested that the order be cancelled minutes after accidentally placing it and more I see it was shipped. Very disappointed in this whole process.
