I still don’t have my order. Looks like it will be almost 3 weeks between order date and before it’s delivered. Unacceptable since I need it.

The two customer service representatives who I interacted with online were very prompt in responding to me and they also addressed my concerns and resolved the issue in a friendly and helpful manner!
