Car was great! People were nice but, I got charged over $200 for the car and got charged for the tolls I paid with cash. Very upset

We recently rented a car at this location, specially told the agent that we don’t need to add any insurance via ACE, since we have provided our own insurance, however, the invoice showed the charge for the insurance deductible, without our consensual agreement. In addition, there was a charge of geo violation that we weren’t aware upon booking. We feel the trust is violated, and not happy with the way they treat their customers.

It was a great experience the customer service manager, Catalina, Jeremy Geo fantastic! I will come back for sure
