Item arrived and questioning its authenticity. However lack of/ terrible responses from customer service not answering questions directly or providing guidance on return request (name of representative Mia Anderson). Would completely avoid and recommend purchasing directly from brand retailers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPany— I asked them if I can do a different design and told them to make 3 simple changes to a shoe and they kept sending me a shoe that was not even the same shoe I was asking for - instructions a 3 year old can understand - it was the worst experience I ever had w a compamy - reading comprehension don’t exist - asked for a specific design jersey to be turned white and they kept sending me a shoe w a doffernt design - changing things I never asked they are absolute morons and not legit

Hi Jen, I'm sorry for your bad experience with Drippy. To be clear: we were developing a digital design as part of our "Create your design service" — no physical shoes were ever manufactured or shipped. The goal was to reach a mockup you approved before any production. We went through several rounds of revisions based on your notes and reference images. When the design still wasn't landing the way you wanted, we stopped and issued a full refund at your request right away — you were charged nothing. We're sorry it didn't work out and wish you the best. — Nik, founder of Drippy
Marketing ad mentioned free sample, it was not a real sample but just a sample of a sketch / mockup that any AI can create in seconds. The shoes are then $300+ and not free and from the reviews below are suspect of authenticity so I did not want to pay $300+ before seeing the real product

Happy to clarify for anyone reading. Our ad offers a free concept sneaker design - a digital design made for your brand, at no cost. It's not a free physical pair, and we don't advertise one. Here's the actual ad so anyone can check: https://lnkd.in/p/dnnyi4ww - it reads "Get Free Concept Design for Your Company." That free concept design is exactly what we created here. The cost referenced was for an optional physical sample pair - a separate, made-to-order product. We understand how it could read ambiguously at a glance, and we're tightening our wording so it's unmistakable upfront. - Nik, founder of Drippy
Ordered custom Air Jordan's and received face toner. Had to make a dispute and wait for a new card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Hi Kari, we’re sorry for the confusion here! To clarify for our community, we believe there may have been a mix-up with another of your deliveries. We reached out several times to help clear this up, as we only specialize in custom sneakers and do not stock or ship skincare products. Because we didn't receive a response and a dispute was opened, we issued a full refund immediately. Your sneakers were in production and we would have loved to get them to you! We wish you the best in tracking down your other package. Best, Thomas Drippy

Hi Allzino, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the craftsmanship on this pair did not meet the high standards we strive for. We take the precision of our custom work very seriously. We would love to resolve this for you. As mentioned in our previous outreach, we have offered to completely replace the pair or create an alternative custom design to ensure you receive a product you’re proud to wear. We also asked for more detailed information about your issue via Trustpilot, but unfortunately did not receive a reply. We look forward to hearing back from you and, hopefully, improving your experience with Drippy. Best, Thomas
