Christine was really great and friendly!

While my nurse, Jill, was polite and communicated well at first, the overall experience with Drip Hydration in Boston was disappointing. She came unprepared and had to leave to retrieve additional supplies. When she returned, she attempted to insert an IV five separate times, leaving me bruised and in pain. I was then told the visit was non-refundable, despite the fact that the service was never completed. After pushing for a refund, Jillian offered to Zelle me some money herself — which felt unprofessional and made me uneasy. She also mentioned she wouldn’t be paid either, which only added to the discomfort of the situation. While I might consider trying Drip Hydration again in the future, I will not use their Boston team. This experience did not reflect the level of care or professionalism I expected nor have read in the reviews.

This was my very first experience with an IV service, and I desperately needed hydration after running a 10K and not properly hydrating after. I am so grateful for the folks that helped us book same-day service and for Maygan being the one to administer the IV! I cannot thank her enough! She was so kind, so professional, and so patient with me and my fear of needles! Because the hydration therapy was so effective and the experience incredibly painless, I would absolutely consider making vitamin therapy a regular service! We love Maygan!
