Had an issue with shipping on our part, and our soccer ball was sent back to the company by the time I realized it, so I emailed customer service and Jane was very quick to respond and get the issue resolved.

I allowed my kids to play with their smart soccer balls and baseball gloves just to see if they would like it. They in fact loved it. We were waiting on my son’s soccer ball to come in with the rest and it was in Ohio and got lost somewhere in California. I immediately emailed DribbleUp since they do not have a contact number and they were amazing. They shipped me out a new soccer ball that will be at my residence before Christmas and just asked if the other one eventually shows up to let them know and they will send me out a prepaid shipping label. So far an amazing experience and the best part has not even got started!

Excellent customer service from Chanel! With Chanel's assistance returning the 28.5" basketball and ordered the 29.5'' in its place. Chanel provided timely and clear responses that made for a seamless process. Very pleased with Dribbleup's customer service! Thanks, Chanel!

Great Customer Service! Purchased for my Grandson but his Dad already had one for him. Return label was sent to me immediately and Michael cancelled my membership for me. Great company! I'll be back!

Customers service resolved issue immediately. Just wish someone is available on the phone also to answer inquiries because its sometimes easier to communicate issues. But overall they are helpful.
