Unhelpful “customer service”. Unapologetic. Several items were not as advertised.

Customer service was very quick and helpful..

These are awesome, we bought the soccer ball and the baseball glove for our Grandsons for Christmas.... They love it!!! We had a small issue with one of the stands, they had a new one shipping the very day I emailed about it. The program seems to be just as great as the customer service!! Thank you Dribbleup!!!

I ordered the basketball and baseball glove for Christmas. Unfortunately my puppy got a hold of the glove and tore apart the fingers. I emailed dribble up and asked how to buy another one. They sent me another glove FREE of charge. Amazing customer service. We will definitely buy more items!

The basketball changed how I play and has improved my games so much. There’s no doubt in my mind that no matter what Dribble up product you buy will improve you significantly in whatever sport you play.

I ordered a baseball glove for my boys for Christmas. I however did not read what I was ordering and ordered the wrong glove. I wrote an email Christmas morning and to my surprise they responded right back and we’re very understanding. They sent me the return label and the new one is on its way! Excellent customer service for sure!
