Jimmy Kreisman took my phone call and gave me great help even though he was ready to head out of town and had a busy schedule already set upon his return. I was able to save hundreds on my insurance and find a new company willing to cover me at a reasonable price. The service I received could not have been better.

After our homeowners’ rate went up again, I found Jim on Yelp and gave him a call. It was late in the day, but he spent almost an hour with me and found a new policy that was over $200/year less, and with better coverage. He also pointed out that we were underinsured on our auto policy and upgraded it to provide more liability protection. Jim is very knowledgeable and friendly, and responds to any questions quickly. Check him out if you want an insurance agent who cares about his customers!

Jim was our insurance man for Farmers insurance when we first came to Arizona. My rated were getting higher and higher and I reached out to Jim who had left Farmers to start his own agency. Jim is always responsive, gives sound advice and saved me thousands of dollars for comparable coverage. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone I know.

Jim asked us many questions to learn about our needs and then properly research, prepare and present a timely response to our insurance options. Jim earned our trust as he was also very thorough and helpful during the transition and onboarding process.

Jim examined our insurance policies which were expiring and found several glaring things that he brought to our attention. He looked at all lines and was so thorough. He suggested other companies and things we could do to lower premium costs. In the end, we got far better coverage for less money! He is now our insurance agent forever!
