I can’t believe I am writing a review for an insurance company, but I am! The reason... my experience with Dream Protector Insurance Group was nothing short of superb. The agent Jim was very nice & took a lot of time with us. He was prompt in answering all my questions, and he processed our new policy in a timely manner. I am entirely satisfied with the outcome and can truly say, Jim at Dream Protector Insurance Group is top-shelf!

Jim took the time and expertise to find the perfect insurance for my needs. I have been very disappointed with insurance companies I had previously been with. After spending several hours with me and Jim explaining things I was unaware of, I now feel more confident with my choices.

Jim Kreisman far exceeded my expectations in getting me new home, auto and umbrella policies. He spent a more than generous amount of time fully researching each- and saved me over $600.00.I had no idea how much work goes into recommending policies- he never begrudged the time with me- or my many questions. I left his office comfortable with the decisions, fully educated, and oh so happy with him as a person and agent. Highly recommend his service- am sure you'll be happy too!

Jim was very prompt in providing service, he compared different scenarios tailored to our specific needs and was able to get us great insurance coverage at competitive rates. He kept us well informed along the way and made the whole process of switching insurance a breeze.

Jim has always been fantastic in setting up our various insurances according to our needs and changing them promptly when necessary, as was required in our most recent contact. We are 100% confident that through him we've obtained excellent coverage at fair and affordable prices. He's our man!
