Drake SoftwareReviews of drakesoftware.com

Poor Customer Service I had three seats for Right Networks & timely removed them after tax season & thought I had removed them on Drake's site. I was charged for three and called to discuss w Customer Service. They refused to refund the two seats even though it was 1/2 changed. Most other companies work with you and do a one time change. Not Drake! I will be dropping them and using another tax software in the future.

Easy program to use. But more important is the excellent support offered by the Support Center.

Always solid, I have never had an issue

Could you somehow set it up that when you have to change your password, it changes that same password through all the Drake versions you have.

It is great software. The state does need some updates and more flow through, but overall it is an impressive software package. I am glad I switched.

I like Drake software and support is quick, easy, and helpful. Once becoming familiar with the program it is relatively easy. However, at first it can be cumbersome and not as user friendly as one would like. It is almost easier at times to do an internet search then find an answer inside the software. The price point is a real selling feature.

Have been using drake software for quite a while. BY far the best software around Very user friendly easy to navigate and great customer support

Knowledge based support site searching is not efficient and does not return usable results. I searched through a web browser and could find usable results but ANYTIME I searched the Drake Support knowledge base directly the results NEVER answered my question. So, the answers may be on their site they are just very difficult to find through site search engine. This was the first year I've contacted support by email or phone, I've used Drake for I believe 3-4 years, and although response time was not unbearable the responses were. I received responses that were a typical response for anybody, and most times did nothing to answer my question. Other than that, I have been pleased with the program for the price.
