Ordered chair from dowinx has some issues with the chairs I received and customer support was able to come thru and send me replacement chairs until I was a satisfied customer. 10/10 customer support quick and easy

The back support on this gaming chair is great. Setup was fine, though I gotta say the seat felt a little firm at first. I'm happy with it overall though.

Very quick dispatch and delivery, was a bit difficult at times during assembly. But still a great product and will definitely be buying of this company again. Was also cheaper than Amazon which I suppose is also a plus. I will probably update this review in a few months after it is worn in.

I appreciate that the company promptly resolved my delivery issue by reshipping the gaming chair when the initial delivery went missing. Although the first attempt was unsuccessful, their quick response and willingness to rectify the situation were impressive. The gaming chair itself looks sensational—I absolutely love it! Had the original delivery gone smoothly, it would have definitely been a perfect 5-star experience.
